Davin loves to explore with his hands and his eyes, touching and examining the world around him with cool rationalism and spirited curiosity. A natural Maker, he moves from project to project, building the useful and the superfluous for the fun of it, and learning from his environment as he goes. As a skilled mechanics and engineer, Davin finds no greater joy than in getting his hands dirty pulling things apart and putting them back together, just a little bit better than they were before.
He generally explores ideas through creating, troubleshooting, trial and error and first-hand experience. He secretly enjoys having other people take an interest in his projects and sometimes doesn't even mind them getting into his space. Of course, that's on the condition that those people don't interfere with Davin's strong principles and sense of freedom, and they'll need to be open to Davin returning the interest in kind. He enjoys lending a hand and sharing his experience, especially with the people he cares about.
While his mechanical tendencies and curious nature can make him appear simple at a glance, Davin is actually quite enigmatic. Friendly but very private, calm but suddenly spontaneous, extremely curious but unable to stay focused on trivial formalities, he can be a challenge to predict, even by his friends and loved ones. While he can seem very loyal and steady for a while, he tends to build up a store of impulsive energy that explodes without warning, taking his interests and actions in bold new directions. Rather than some sort of vision quest though, Davin is merely exploring the viability of a new interest or path, when he makes these seismic shifts.
Davin's decisions stem from a sense of practical realism, and at his heart is a strong sense of direct fairness, a "do unto others" attitude, which really helps to explain many of his puzzling traits. Instead of being overly cautious though, avoiding stepping on toes in order to avoid having his toes stepped on, he is actually likely to go too far, accepting likewise retaliation, good or bad, as fair play. Combined with his helpful and sharing nature, this makes him a skilled leader and mentor.
While Davin has come to learn that many others have much more firmly drawn lines on rules and acceptable behavior than he does. If a situation is already emotionally charged, violating these boundaries can backfire tremendously. Therefore, he has a particular difficulty in predicting emotions, but this is just a natural extension of his fairness, given how difficult it is to gauge his own emotions and motivations. However, his tendency to explore relationships through actions rather than through empathy can lead to some very frustrating situations. Davin continually struggles with boundaries and guidelines, preferring the freedom to move about and color outside the lines if he needs to.

The PC can call in a favor from the allied NPC, with the GMs discretion. Must pass a DC 21 Persuasion, Bargain or Con roll to activate. The NPC gameplay is then kept up by the GM, according to the terms outlined between the GM and the Player. GMs are encouraged to increase the DC depending on the frequency of called in favors.

The character has influence in areas of Law Enforcement, Bureaucracy, and other leadership roles. This is from having had prior experience in a leadership position. The character gains +2 to Command (general), +2 to Leadership (general) and +1 to Law Enforcement when dealing with authority figures.

For exceptional service to an organization or a cause, the character receives a commendation. Typically conferred in the form of household titles, medals, badges or similar indicia, commendations heighten the characters authority or esteem and increase his Renown by +1.
+3 Military Genius
The character instinctively grasps the nuances of military tactics and security measures. When performing any of the following ventures: Bureaucracy, Leadership, Tactics, Security - the character receives +2D to rolls - but must pass a 21 DC to activate or it automatically fails.

If the player succeeds, roll 1d100. Any roll below 66 results in the blood oath being broken, and Blood Oath is then converted to Vendetta from the target.
-8 Vendetta (Galactic Empire)
Someone is seeking retribution against the character. When in the vicinity of this person or group, the player must roll 1d100. Any roll below 66 results in a confrontation. Upon Failure, the player may roll Willpower. If he meets the DC of 21, player receives +1D bonuses to: Hide, Sneak, Running and Dodge for a total of 3 rounds.
-2 Bigotry (Geonosians)
The character will discriminate against other characters who are of this minority, or, at best, accept them as exceptions to the rule. The character will make insensitive comments and generally be annoying in regards to those people. The character takes -1D penalties to all interaction rolls (Con, Persuasion, Bargain, Value, etc.) against them, but gains +1D to Intimidation against the target group.

This unique and extremely rare crystal is found on Hoth. The exact origin of Permafrost is unknown. However, in 2 ABY, it came into the possession of the township of Aurilia on Dathomir.
Effect: When used in a Jedi's lightsaber, the blade glowed a deep, icy blue and gain the Silence modification. Extra permafrost crystal doesn´t add new effects. (DMG: 4D+2)
